By midday, you’re reviewing vendor proposals for a $1.2M upgrade, and by late afternoon, you’re coaching a technician through a new reliability standard—closing the loop on yesterday’s RCI and preparing the team for an upcoming turnaround.
What You’ll Lead
- Maintenance management for all line equipment with a focus on reliability and uptime.
- Development of maintenance performance metrics and a robust training program.
- Implementation of corrective actions that lock in machine reliability improvements.
- Ownership of CapEx initiatives from $500k to $3M—planning, execution, and commissioning.
- Strategy and execution for plant shutdowns/turnarounds with cross-functional partners.
- Tight collaboration with engineering and other groups to align resources and schedules.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of leadership in a manufacturing setting.
- Proven success overseeing multimillion CapEx projects ($500k–$3M).
- Experience planning and running shutdown events.
