We’re hiring a Plant Reliability Supervisor to elevate maintenance execution on our bottling and packaging lines and to partner closely with Operations on performance, safety, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do
- Schedule, coordinate, and verify preventive maintenance on bottling and packaging assets.
- Diagnose equipment issues quickly, assign resources effectively, and restore operation safely.
- Collaborate with Operations leaders to lift equipment performance, efficiency, and production results.
- Document work, track actions, and communicate clearly using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Coach, develop, and recognize team members to build a high-performance culture.
What you bring
Required
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or a related function.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced plant environment.
Preferred
- Experience with beverage processing or packaging equipment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or other continuous improvement frameworks.
- Exposure to OSHA, HACCP, USDA, or similar regulatory/compliance programs.
