Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Manager, the Plant Master Data Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of master data that enables end-to-end supply chain execution and decision-making. What will you do? Create, maintain, and cleanse material master data, BOMs, routings, and logistics data Act as the subject matter expert for master data governance and quality Develop and publish data quality reports and drive root cause analysis Support system deployments and data requirements for new projects Manage product lifecycle data (creation, updates, obsolescence) Coordinate with cross-functional partners and data owners Support inventory accuracy and cycle count processes What skills and capabilities will make you successful? Strong data governance and analytical mindset Experience with ERP systems and databases (SQL preferred) High attention to detail and process discipline Ability to translate technical data into business insights Strong communication and collaboration skills What qualifications will make you successful in this role? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field 3+ years in master data, materials management, or similar Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) What's in it for you? For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
