Plant ManagerLead all day-to-day manufacturing operations. Drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance across the facility. Establish and monitor plant KPIs and performance metrics. Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives. Develop and mentor supervisors, managers, and future leaders. Oversee workforce planning and staffing strategies. Support capital equipment investments and facility improvement projects. Build strong cross-functional partnerships with sales, supply chain, engineering, and executive leadership. Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements. Previous Plant Manager, Operations Manager, or multi-department leadership experience. Proven success leading manufacturing teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence principles. Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and plant financial performance. Demonstrated ability to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost metrics. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Experience developing and mentoring leaders. ERP and manufacturing systems experience preferred.Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 per year. Annual performance bonus.
