Responsibilities include ensuring safety, food safety, quality, and compliance with certifications like BRC and GFSI, managing multi-shift operations, developing strategic plans, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications include 10+ years of manufacturing management experience, preferably in almond processing, with strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) and travel up to 50% are preferred.
Compensation ranges from $160,000 to $210,000 based on experience. The role requires working on-site in a nut-processing environment, with accommodations available for those with disabilities.
