POSITION SUMMARY:
The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of plant operations, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and financial results. This role ensures effective execution of manufacturing processes, achievement of production targets, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
This role provides strategic and operational leadership for a manufacturing facility specializing in vibration monitoring technology, including oversight of production, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, quality, and EHS functions. Accountable for P&L performance, resource optimization, and KPI attainment. Serves as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to business planning, operational strategy, and organizational performance to position the company for growth.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience/Background:
Minimum of 10 - 15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or production environment. Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles (i.e. Operations Manager, Plant Manager). Proven experience leading operations in a complex manufacturing environment Demonstrated success driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies Strong experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external customers/suppliers Ability to travel up to 25% as needed Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office or warehouse environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, or climb. May have possible exposure to dust and may require the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds 33% - 66% of the time.
