Seeking an experienced Plant Manager - Automotive in Marion, Ohio to lead production, maintenance, quality, and materials within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves developing and executing manufacturing strategies, optimizing operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of at least 150 employees, manage budgets and P&L, and collaborate on new program launches and CapEx projects. Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, enhancing plant organization, modernizing equipment, and fostering a positive team culture. Candidates should have 5+ years of plant management experience, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of ERP systems.
