Description
The Plant Manager will report directly into the General Manager and be responsible for:
- Lead all plant operations including manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, quality, customer service, and purchasing.
- Set and execute a strategic vision for plant growth, ensuring the organization is positioned to scale effectively.
- Strengthen and develop the engineering function to support innovation, efficiency, and future expansion.
- Act as a unifying leader, fostering collaboration and alignment across all functions and levels of the organization.
- Serve as a key liaison to sister companies, sharing best practices and driving consistency across the broader organization.
- Develop and implement policies, goals, and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Manage budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and reinvestment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, and productivity.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.

Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5-7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
- Aerospace or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and drive decision-making.
- Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with manufacturing systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Office.
