Is this you?

Can you chase a fault from a 480V panel through a PLC input to a stubborn actuator? Do you enjoy balancing planned PMs with on-the-fly diagnostics across robotic welders and stamping presses? If you’re energized by autonomy, fast problem solving, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with a skilled team, read on.

Role snapshot

  • Own preventive and predictive maintenance to keep lines stable and efficient.
  • Pinpoint and resolve issues spanning electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Tune and troubleshoot PLCs/HMIs — preference for those familiar with Allen‑Bradley, DL06, and related HMI environments.
  • Service a variety of assets: robotic weld cells, stamping presses, tube/rod benders, roll formers, CNC lasers, CNC brake presses, plus other production machinery.
  • Model safety: wear correct PPE and rigorously follow Lockout/Tagout.
  • Meet the physical needs of the job, including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 40 lbs.
  • Tackle additional assignments as priorities shift; support overtime when required.
  • Work independently while contributing positively to a team-centric culture.

What you already know

  • How to select and use hand tools effectively (wrenches, saws, air tools, etc.).
  • The ins and outs of industrial maintenance from prior hands-on experience.
  • Safe operation of forklifts — this is a requirement.
  • Systematic troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic disciplines.

Technical toolkit

  • PLC diagnostics and program edits when needed.
  • Mechanical and pneumatics troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Industrial power distribution familiarity: 120/208/240/480 VAC.
  • Understanding of metal stamping and forming, including progressive die processes.
  • LOTO proficiency and commitment.

If you’re ready to put your independence and skill to work on high-impact equipment, we’d like to hear how you solve problems when every minute counts.
