Plant Engineer

Take the lead on pivotal facility projects, overseeing everything from initial design to final execution. This position requires a balance of technical prowess and leadership, granting full oversight of system installations, facility enhancements, and adherence to environmental regulations within our state-of-the-art manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Spearheading innovative equipment installation and upgrade initiatives throughout the facility.
- Overseeing engineering tasks related to utilities, physical plant systems, and landscape enhancement.
- Acting as the main point of contact for environmental concerns, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Planning and managing comprehensive capital projects, from feasibility through to completion.
- Crafting detailed bid documents, assessing proposals, and securing contracts with vendors.
- Collaborating with various departments to drive engineering projects that boost efficiency and reliability.
- Conducting thorough environmental tests, generating reports, and performing audits to guarantee standards are met.
- Working with top management on process enhancements and cutting-edge technology integrations.
- Coordinating with both contractors and regulatory agencies to ensure project standards, safety, and timelines are optimally maintained.
- Performing additional relevant duties, which may include occasional travel both locally and internationally.

Qualifications include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or relevant experience.
- A track record of 5–7 years in an industrial or manufacturing setting with engineering experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing full-cycle capital projects.
- Familiarity with environmental compliance and requisite reporting.
- Exceptional analytical, communicative, and organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office software suite, primarily Word and Excel.
- A cooperative attitude, strong dedication to work, and a passion for ongoing improvements.
- A valid driver’s license with the willingness to travel when needed.
