Position Overview
The Plant Director will have overall responsibility for plant operations, including safety, quality, production performance, financial results, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives. The individual selected will lead cross-functional teams while partnering closely with site and corporate leadership to execute operational strategy and achieve business objectives.
Key areas of focus include:
• Leading all day-to-day plant operations and driving operational performance
• Managing plant financial performance, budgeting, and productivity initiatives
• Building and developing high-performing leadership teams
• Driving safety and compliance culture throughout the facility
• Supporting continuous improvement and operational optimization efforts
• Partnering cross-functionally across operations, supply chain, engineering, quality, HR, and commercial teams
• Leading change management initiatives and supporting long-term business growth
Ideal Background

• Progressive manufacturing leadership experience within a complex industrial environment
• Prior plant leadership experience with full operational accountability
• Strong experience managing safety, quality, productivity, and financial performance

• Experience in process manufacturing environments preferred

• Bachelor’s degree required; technical or engineering background preferred
