STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Planning Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. As a Planning Manager, you will supervise and participate in advanced and highly complex professional planning activities. Devise strategies to improve processes, develop and implement plans for organizing logistics and supplies, create and oversee master schedules, and monitor inventory. Additionally, the Planning Manager manages personnel and activities related to Master Production Scheduling, Material Planning and Delivery Assurance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises 7-9 Analyst and Planning professionals. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization''s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in business or planning discipline and five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
