Job Description/Responsibilities:

BuzzBallz is seeking a strategic and results-driven Planning Manager to lead production planning, scheduling, and customer service operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for aligning production schedules, inventory strategies, and supply chain activities to meet customer demand while optimizing operational efficiency and controlling costs. The Planning Manager will partner closely with operations, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure materials availability, maintain accurate planning data, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead production planning and scheduling activities to support customer demand, inventory targets, and operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain master production schedules while balancing capacity, labor, and material availability
  • Partner with procurement, materials, and operations teams to ensure raw materials and packaging components are available for production
  • Manage ERP and planning systems to ensure accurate inventory, production, and material planning data
  • Analyze planning and inventory data to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and support cost reduction initiatives
Qualifications/Requirements:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, or manufacturing operations
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong experience with ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS, or related manufacturing planning systems

Preferred:

  • Experience in alcohol beverage, food manufacturing, or CPG industries
  • APICS, Six Sigma, or similar supply chain certification
  • Experience with NetSuite, co-manufacturing operations, or multi-site production planning

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments
  • Ability to work onsite and support operations in a fast-paced production setting

The annual salary range for this role is $115,000 to $140,000 yearly. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
