Job Summary: This role is responsible for the operational execution of strategic planning cycles within a fraud and safety division. You will manage the development and maintenance of roadmaps, coordinate input from various teams, and ensure alignment with key objectives. The position requires diligent tracking of milestones and deliverables to support timely execution and enable leadership focus on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire milestone plan for planning phases.
Gather and organize initiative proposals from internal and external teams.
Compile and maintain an accurate and up-to-date roadmap.
Ensure all initiatives are linked to target metrics and resolve any misalignments.
Prepare and present materials for planning meetings and leadership reviews.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience in program management and roadmap planning.
Proficiency in using roadmap management tools.
Strong analytical skills for data synthesis and alignment checks.
Experience in the online marketplace or platform operations industry is preferred.
