Make An Impact

We are seeking a talented Planner II to join our Planning team at Fossil Group. In this role, you will support the demand, financial, and inventory planning activities for the Outlet Watch business, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth. An ideal candidate will possess a proactive solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced value-driven environment focused on outlet-specific KPIs.

This role is a hybrid position requiring you to be onsite Monday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on Fridays. You will report directly to the Watch Lead.

What You Will Do in This Role

Planning & Forecasting

  • Support the development of seasonal and annual financial plans for the Outlet Watch category, including sales margin and inventory targets
  • Build and maintain monthly by SKU forecasts that reflect outlet-specific demand drivers, such as promotions, clearance activity, and inventory availability
  • Partner with the Watch Lead to align outlet plans with overall category and brand strategies

Inventory & Flow Management

  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure healthy flow into and through the outlet channel
  • Analyze sell-through weeks of supply aging and excess inventory to identify risks and opportunities
  • Provide recommendations for inventory deployment, rebalancing, rebuys, and exits to support outlet performance

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key outlet KPIs, including sales margin, AUR, inventory turns, sell-through, and forecast accuracy
  • Prepare regular business reporting and recaps highlighting insights, risks, and action-oriented recommendations
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis related to promotions, markdowns, and inventory strategies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Merchandising, Allocation, Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment on outlet strategies and execution
  • Communicate performance trends, risks, and opportunities clearly and proactively

Process & Tools

  • Maintain planning systems and reporting tools with accurate, timely data
  • Support continuous improvement of outlet planning processes, tools, and ways of working

Who You Are

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in merchandise planning, demand planning, or a related analytical role
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, experience with planning systems, and reporting tools is preferred
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly present performance trends and risks
