Summary Statement
The position will lead the program management, research, policy analysis, education, and outreach for the Energy Efficiency Investment Fund (EEIF). This position will be responsible for supporting programs and initiatives that promote energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions to mitigate the effects of climate change in Delaware. Specific projects include research and analysis of state and regional policies for energy efficiency related to commercial and industrial users, technical review of applications, and processing and tracking grant payments.
