Job Description:
  • Seeking a detail-oriented Planner to support project planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • This role partners with project teams to maintain schedules, analyze data, and support delivery of key project milestones. Ideal for candidates eager to build technical skills (Excel, Power BI) in a utility environment.
  • EM would like to see candidates with a GIS and ESRI background. CW will be utilizing ARGUS software.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking
  • Analyze data and produce reports to support decision-making
  • Maintain project documentation and tracking tools
  • Partner with project teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
  • Identify process improvements and support ad hoc analysis
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong Excel skills and analytical ability
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork
 
Preferred
  • Project planning or coordination experience
  • Utility or infrastructure experience
  • Exposure to Power BI or similar tools
  • Strong learning agility and initiative
