Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and managing staff; delivering excellent customer service; overseeing cleanliness and safety; managing supplies and budgets; tracking reports; and supporting marketing efforts.
They assist with front desk activities, member interactions, resolving member issues, and handling administrative tasks like payroll and bank deposits.
Qualifications include at least 1 year of customer service experience, CPR certification, basic computer skills, strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm for health and fitness, and reliable transportation.
Physical demands involve standing, walking, talking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Occasional contact with chemicals may occur. The role requires a proactive, energetic individual committed to a welcoming environment.
