Job Description:

These roles are to be in St. Louis Monday - Thursday. Travelers are acceptable - there is a budget to support travel.

The Senior SAP Materials Management Consultant (MM) Consultant is responsible for implementing and configuring procurement and inventory management process and ensuring process aligned with company's strategic objectives. The Functional Consultant work closely with Sales and Distribution (SD), Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to gather requirements and design solutions to meet Business process designs requirements.
  • Integration experience with cross-process teams, CO, FI, SD and PP.
  • Work with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements.
  • Business process design and system analysis.
  • Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities.
  • Maintenance, enhancement and/or development of SAP modules, including interfacing with other applications.
  • Developing test strategies and managing large complex test efforts.
  • Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning.
  • Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members.
Required Skills:
  • 7 + years SAP ECC and S/4HANA MM experience.
  • Team lead experience.
  • In-depth expertise in SAP PP MRP, SAP PP MTO (Make-to-Order), PP Master Production Schedule, and assembly planning.
  • No dual citizenship
  • Based in St. Louis or weekly M-Th travel to St. Louis (40 hours onsite).
  • Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO project experience.
  • S/4HANA project.
