They are seeking a high-caliber, driven Plaintiffs' Personal Injury Attorney with 2+ years of specialized experience to join a thriving practice.Requirements2+ years of experience - Plaintiffs Personal Injury2+ years of litigation experiencePrior experience with; Medmal, truck accidents, Birth accidents, Aviation, etc.Admitted to practice law in MassachusettsResponsibilitiesAssess the viability of potential personal injury claims, provide strategic legal counsel to prospective clients, and manage complex cases from inception through resolution.Supervise the collection of critical case evidence, including medical records, accident reports, photographic/video evidence, and witness statements. Collaborate with private investigators and accident reconstruction experts when necessary.Conduct extensive legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses. Represent clients aggressively in depositions, mediations, court hearings, and trial proceedings if a fair settlement is not reached.The annual salary for this position is between 120k-200k+.
