Bryant Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a confidential plaintiff personal injury law firm. The attorney will be employed directly by the client law firm.

About the Opportunity

A growing multi‑state plaintiff personal injury firm is seeking a Personal Injury Claims Associate Attorney to manage a high‑volume caseload from intake through settlement. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high‑volume caseload of plaintiff personal injury claims.
• Communicate frequently with clients regarding case status and strategy.
• Draft, review, and prepare demand packages and negotiation materials.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing parties.
• Handle settlement distributions, including liens, subrogation, and third‑party interests.
• Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and legal support staff.
• Assist with business development and client relationship initiatives.
• Attend court proceedings as needed.
• Maintain organized case files and meet all deadlines.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in North Carolina.
• Member in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.
• 1–5 years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high‑volume caseload with professionalism.
• Experience supervising or collaborating with legal support staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong client‑service mindset.

Preferred:

• Experience handling complex claims involving liens and subrogation.
• Strong settlement negotiation track record.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in a multi‑state or high‑volume PI practice.
