Plaintiff Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney (5+ Years PI Plaintiff Experience)

A well-established national law firm with 16 locations is expanding its Las Vegas location and seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to take on meaningful client work, develop their practice, and work alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and confident in managing PI pre-litigation matters while providing exceptional client service.
Core Competencies:
- Manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigation
- Perform an in-depth case analysis to evaluate liability and damages
- Draft, review, and file litigation documents, including discovery, motions, and oppositions, including oppositions to motions for summary judgment
- Handle negotiations with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
- Maintain strong client communication and provide consistent case updates
- Serve as first chair in civil jury trials
- Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to develop litigation strategies and drive successful outcomes
- Attorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in NV.
- Strong knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to plaintiff personal injury litigation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
