Education & Experience Required

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
  • 1 or more years' experience with disability, life, FML, state and company leave products, account management, customer service or administrative support.
  • Experience with servicing customers in a professional environment.
  • Upon hire certifications/licenses: Licenses dependent upon product being support with specified time frame.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serves as a primary point of contact for Sr Account Managers, Account Executives, and clients responding to inquiries and relaying important information between clients and the account management team.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing materials for client presentations, and organizing follow-up tasks.
  • Maintains and updates client information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of account data.
  • Prepares regular performance reports and presentations on account status, client engagement, and service utilization for internal review; analyzes data, and responds to customer requests.
  • Acts as a liaison between internal partners, and customers/consultants; Helps troubleshoot client issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team members.
  • Submits service tickets and product requests; works with billing, commission and banking teams for client specific needs.
  • Builds customer and consultant relationships; assists with collateral needs for customers; attends benefit fairs/enrollment meetings when requested by customers.
  • Works with drafting and compliance for customer specific needs
  • Supports ongoing projects by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring that client expectations are met.
  • Performs other duties as needed.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this job is $80,000 - $100,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting.

At Aflac, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role to allow for future and continued salary growth, and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate.
