The School District of Siren is seeking a PreK-12 Principal who is an instructional educational leader, who can work as part of a close-knit administrative team, would be a supportive leader to an excellent teaching and support staff, has strong student relationship skills, and who can help coordinate curriculum and school improvement efforts centered on high expectations.
REPORTS TO
District Administrator
SUPERVISES:
All certified and non-certified employees. This includes the direct supervision of any Assistant Principal and Athletics Director.
JOB FUNCTION:
The PreK-12 Principal shall provide leadership and direction for an educational program which includes all activities that occur in the school. The Principal shall coordinate those activities so that each student will have a sequential program designed to most effectively promote their development. Although the Principal may delegate authority, he/she shall be the person ultimately responsible for decisions in the school, alongside the District Administrator.
Qualifications
Master's Degree, Specialist Degree,
Doctoral Degree, or comparable licensure that is approved by the Wisconsin
Department of Instruction
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION: Valid Teaching Certificate and valid
Administrative Certificate, with a Secondary Principal or K-12 principal endorsement, in compliance with the Wisconsin Department of InstructionStarting Start: July 2026.
