Qualifications:
Previous pizza-making or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities:
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients
Build and cook pizzas according to restaurant standards
Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely
Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
Assist with food preparation and other kitchen tasks as needed
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized throughout each shift
