Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled HAND TOSSED PIZZA CHEF to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has experience working with fresh dough, traditional Italian ingredients, and high-volume production. Reliability, pride in craftsmanship, and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities:
Hand-stretch/prepare pizzas and similar menu items in a fast-paced environment
Manage dough rotation, quality, and safety
Cook using stone-deck, stack ovens
Maintain consistancy in quality, presentation, and timing
Keep a clean, stocked station while following all food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications:
2+ years pizza-making experience
Strong dough-handling and oven skills
Strong kitchen ticket management skills
Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive under pressure
