We're looking for a Pipe Stress Engineer in Phoenix who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients business. Join us and youll have the chance to work on projects including state of the art industrial and commercial facilities. Youll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the clients expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will develop and design a variety of equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial and industrial projects.
Quals-- Heres what youll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field - At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience - Proficient in pipe stress analysis software such as AutoPIPE and Caesar II
Ideally, youll also have:
- Experience working in construction environments including field verifications. - Working knowledge of plastic pipe design and analysis - Working knowledge with design tools such as Navisworks and AutoCAD
This role will require someone to be on a client job site a minimum of 2 days/week. Strong communication skills are needed to successfully navigate working with others onsite.
