Qualifications:
What you'll need:
Associates degree in Design Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience of %2B2 years).
10%2B years of piping design experience in industrial settings (Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or semiconductors.
Proficiency in CADWorx for piping design and modeling.
At least 3 years of solid and recent CADWorx usage.
Understanding of piping specifications, materials, equipment interfaces, and layout fundamentals.
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, vendor drawings, and engineering documentation.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with general oversight while managing your assigned design tasks.
Strong communication and coordination skills within a multidiscipline team environment.
Excellent organizational skills with a focus on model and drawing accuracy
Ideally, You Will Have
Bachelors Degree in Engineering Technology or similar curriculum.
Experience in semiconductor facilities.
Working knowledge of pipe stress considerations and how they influence routing and support design.
Experience with QA/QC workflows, model health reviews, and specificationdriven design.
Advanced capability with CADWorx such as specs and troubleshooting.
Prior leadership in Piping teams, including oversight of model consistency and deliverable quality.
Responsibilities:
As a SeniorLevel CADWorx Piping Designer, youll independently develop piping designs, lead portions of project scope, and coordinate directly with engineers and other disciplines. You will provide technical input on operability, model quality, and design standards while supporting workshare execution and contributing to estimating and changemanagement discussions.
Location: This hybrid position requires weekly attendance (2 days) in any office location. Must be within 50 miles of a office.
