TMD Staffing is seeking a driven and experienced Branch Manager to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about driving growth, leading teams, and making an impact.
Position Details:
Full-time, onsite
MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, but must be flexible and work weekends as needed
Minimal travel (<10%)
What Youll Do:
Drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Oversee daily branch operations (warehouse, inventory, logistics)
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
Analyze market trends and implement strategic plans
What Were Looking For:
5+ years of Branch Management experience preferred
5+ years of inside sales experience (pipes, valves, fittings preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience in industrial, maritime, or related industries is a plus
Pay:
$75,000.00 + DOE
