Job Description
The Pipe Welder / Pipe Fitters will specialize in assembling, installing, and repairing commercial piping systems. This role demands expertise in pipe welding and fitting to ensure the structural integrity and proper function of pipe networks essential to commercial operations.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and install commercial piping systems according to specifications and blueprints
- Perform welding tasks using various methods to join pipes securely. (Usually 6010 root and 7018 out)
- Inspect and test pipe fittings and welds for quality assurance
- Test and repair piping systems, (when needed) to ensure operational efficiency
- Adhere to safety regulations and company standards during all work phases
- Collaborate with engineers and other trades to complete projects on schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in pipe welding and fitting
- There is a possibility of higher pay depending experience
