Pinnacle Alloys is seeking an Outside Sales Representative based in Utah or Idaho to drive sales growth within an assigned territory. In this role, you will develop strong relationships with welding distributors, fabricators, manufacturers, and other industrial customers throughout the region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and increasing market share through strategic sales efforts, product expertise, and exceptional customer support.The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-oriented sales professional with experience in industrial or welding products who thrives on building long-term customer relationships, providing value-added solutions, and traveling throughout the territory to support customers and distributor partners.Responsibilities & DutiesGenerate new business and ensure growth of existing customer accounts; develop and implement specific customer plans and priorities in support of organizational goals and objectivesEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsPresent sales presentations and perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing and potential customersTravel throughout territory to meet with existing and prospective customers to assess and manage current and upcoming needsPartner and follow up with internal departments and team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment and delivery of ordersParticipate in business related meetings, conferences, social functions, and organizations to boost the overall exposure of the CompanyDevelop and maintain up to date knowledge of Company and competitor products and pricing, customer trends and feedback, new products, industry, and market changesAdvise leadership team of any potential concerns or improvementsKeep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysesEducation & Experience RequirementsHigh School Diploma or general education degree (GED)Bachelor's degree is a plus3 years of previous experience working industrial distribution channel preferred.Valid state issued drivers licenseTravel within assigned territoryKnowledge, Skill, & AbilitiesKnowledge of the full cycle sales process and excel at generating leads and rapport buildingStrong negotiating, selling, and closing skillsStrong time management, organizational, and analytical skillsDetail orientated with the ability to prioritize tasksAbility to work independently or in a team environmentAbility to follow all company policies and proceduresAbility to work other than scheduled times as necessary to meet deadlines or ensure that daily work is completed#J-18808-Ljbffr
