Job Title: Warehouse Picker/Receiver
Location: Deer Park, TX 77536
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Contract Length: 1 Year
Shift Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM
- Overtime and weekends as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Perform picking and receiving transactions accurately
- Operate a forklift to load and unload freight safely
- Read and comprehend work instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Utilize basic math skills for inventory and order processing
- Enter and manage data using basic PC systems
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
- Maintain continuous movement while completing assigned tasks
Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
- Work in a noisy and active warehouse environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse experience
- At least 6+ months of related picking/receiving experience
Preferred Skills
- Forklift operation experience
- Experience with warehouse picking and receiving systems
- Basic written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
