Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and dependable Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in supporting production operations by handling materials, preparing supplies, maintaining production flow, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
Pay: $22/hr + $3/hr Night Shift Differential
Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Shift 2-2-3 Schedule
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Work 2 weeks on Day shift and switch to Night shift for 2 weeks
Responsibilities
Follow all plant safety rules and safely operate hoists to lift and move rolls weighing over 50 lbs.
Unload finished rolls from machine tables and stack onto pallets according to product specifications.
Transport finished pallets to the stretch wrapper line and band pallets when needed.
Ensure finished pallets are neat, organized, and customer-ready by aligning labels and stacking products properly.
Fill and restock supply carts to support machine operators throughout production.
Cut cores for current and upcoming production jobs based on specifications.
Prepare bags and production materials during machine downtime.
Remove leftover supplies after job completion and prepare materials for the next production run.
Communicate with forklift drivers when additional supplies are needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area by removing clutter, sweeping sawdust, and recycling scrap materials.
Safely empty dumpsters before overflow and ensure waste areas are cleared before shift end.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to lift, push, and move materials weighing 50+ lbs.
Ability to work a rotating day/night 12-hour schedule
Strong attention to safety and quality
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Ability to stand and work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods
