AdventHealth Well 65+ is seeking a Board-Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physician to provide personalized, high-quality care to patients 65 years and older in a value-based, Medicare Advantage practice focused on quality, outcomes, and meaningful patient relationships.

Qualifications
Education & Experience • Completion of a U.S.-based Family or Internal Medicine residency • Experience in a value-based care setting required
Licensure, Certification & Registration • Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine • Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain before start • BLS required; ACLS (preferred)
