Physician - Urology

Job Details:

• Provide urology clinic and call coverage, typically 3-4 days of call per week
• 
  
• Round on approximately 2-4 inpatients daily
• 
  
• Respond to consults in a timely manner (average of 5-7 per shift)
• 
  
• Handle 15-20 patient encounters per shift
• 
  
• Must be board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Urology or the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery (Urological Surgery)
• 
  
• Preference given to current PA license or IMLC
• 
  
• Required skills include adult urology, ureteroscopy, TRUS biopsies, and incontinence procedures
• 
  
• Preferred skills include general urology, pediatric and neonatal urology, advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, radical procedures, robotic surgery, and fertility work-up
• 
  
• Fellowship training preferred with 2 years of experience
• 
  
• Position available ASAP with ongoing coverage needs
