About the Role
Practice medicine in a way that prioritizes time, connection, and meaningful patient relationships. As a Physician in Physician Services, you'll provide advanced primary and specialty care to geriatric and medically complex patients, often in their homes or care settings, with the autonomy to focus on delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care that improves comfort, function, and quality of life.
This role is ideal for a physician who values flexibility, collaboration, and practicing medicine beyond the traditional clinic setting. You'll benefit from no weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements, a flexible schedule, and a limited patient census that allows you to spend meaningful time with each patient. In this role, you'll conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate care with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. You'll also provide medical leadership and collaborative oversight for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, helping ensure high-quality, coordinated care while mentoring fellow clinicians. Through your expertise and leadership, you'll play a vital role in improving patient outcomes, reducing unnecessary hospitalizations, and enhancing the quality of life for the patients and families you serve.
