Rheumatology (or equivalent) - Required
Active New Hampshire medical license and DEA registration - Required
Commitment: Evidence-based, high-quality, patient-centered care
Board-certified in Rheumatology (or equivalent certification)
Licensed and in good standing with the New Hampshire Medical Board and DEA
Experienced in the use of Electronic Health Record systems
Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based, high-quality patient care
