Physician Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Mather, CA / Sacramento Area
This role supports the end-to-end physician recruitment process by coordinating candidate communication, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. The position works closely with recruiters to maintain an active candidate pipeline, support onboarding activities, and ensure all documentation and credentialing requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
Support recruiters in managing the candidate pipeline, including tracking applicants, forwarding resumes, and updating position status
Screen inquiries and, when needed, source and refer qualified candidates based on position requirements
Coordinate the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, new hire packets, and maintaining regular communication with candidates regarding their status
Communicate with candidates in accordance with employment policies, regulatory guidelines, and best practices
Conduct candidate searches within applicant tracking systems as requested
Assist with the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract qualified physician candidates
Coordinate recruitment advertising efforts, including campaigns across various channels such as job boards, publications, and direct outreach
Maintain accurate tracking logs and recruitment records
Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
Ensure all candidate data and communications are managed securely and appropriately
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative or recruitment support experience
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
