Opportunity:

Physician (MD) - Diagnostic Radiology/Nuclear Medicine - Vascular and Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Provide daily interventional radiology cases and call coverage
• 
  
• Perform embolization procedures
• 
  
• Conduct pulmonary thrombectomy procedures
• 
  
• Perform various drainage procedures including abscess, nephrostomy, and biliary drainages
• 
  
• Insert IVC filters
• 
  
• Provide central venous access including dialysis catheters, central lines, and PICCs
• 
  
• Perform TIPS procedures
• 
  
• Conduct lumbar punctures
• 
  
• Perform thoracentesis and paracentesis procedures
• 
  
• Coverage dates: June 1-5 and June 8-12, starting at 7:00 AM with call through 4:30 PM Friday
• 
  
• Board certification required with minimum board certification eligibility
• 
  
• Fellowship training required (2 years)
• 
  
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• 
  
• Work at a Level 1 trauma facility
