Location: Jacksonville, FL

Facility: Ascension St. Vincent's Urgent Care Facilities 

Schedule:Full Time

How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Oversee all daily practice site operations, managing staff, patient flow, and site policies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between practice physicians, employees, and administrative/clinical departments.
  • Support financial objectives, including budget monitoring and optimizing billing and collections functions.
  • Develop and implement practice growth strategies, business plans, and staffing to meet provider demands.
  • Manage all aspects of staff relations, including performance, recruitment, scheduling, and conflict management.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative
    leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1
    year of cumulative leadership experience required.
