Trinity Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join our dedicated Rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing patient recovery and improving functional outcomes for individuals with physical impairments or disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation plans for patients with diverse physical and functional challenges.
- Implement evidence-based rehabilitation techniques to facilitate patient recovery and independence.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and strategies for maintaining long-term health and function.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development and enhancement of rehabilitation programs.
Qualifications:
- MD/DO who is BE/BC in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
- Experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
- Valid North Dakota medical license to practice
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
