• The role of the physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) specialist is key in the growth and quality of care a patient receives.
• Work collaboratively with the primary care physician, advanced practice clinician, physical and occupation therapist to enhance each patient stay by setting realistic goals to help patients return to their prior level of function and get back to living their best quality of life.
• Mix of short and long term patients, with a higher volume of short term rehabilitation.
• Some of the medical services our physiatrists and rehabilitation specialists provide are:
• Treatment for spasticity or pain that limits function
• Prescribe adaptive devices for safety
• Reduce opioid use through the use of alternative medication and modalities
• Educate staff on all aspects of the rehabilitation process
• On-site joint and trigger point injections

• Estimated annual compensation is $319,529 - $350,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
