Physician - Pediatrics
Position Overview:
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Pediatrician at a reputable primary care clinic. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive primary care pediatric services to a diverse patient population.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions in consultation with families.
- Manage an average of 20-22 patients daily, providing personalized and evidence-based care.
- Maintain detailed patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote wellness initiatives.
- Participate in quality improvement activities, educational programs, and continuing medical education (CME).
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (BE/BC).
- Active, unrestricted Medical License in California.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and DEA certification.
- Prior clinical experience in a primary care or outpatient setting is preferred.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
- Full-time, 8-hour day shifts, five days per week.
- Competitive hourly salary ranging from $110.00 to $115.00 depending on experience and qualifications.
- No night shifts or weekend calls required, supporting work-life balance.
