Your future role at a glance:

Location: New London and Greenville, WI

Facility: Ascension New London and Greenville Family Practice

Department/Specialty: Family Practice

Schedule: Days | Full time Monday -Friday 730-430 rotating between the Ascension Greenville Clinic and the Ascension New London Clinic

How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Lead daily operations across your assigned practice site(s), ensuring all activities and staff adherence promote a culture of clinical excellence.
  • Inspire team growth by leading orientation, training, and ongoing coaching and mentoring initiatives for all staff.
  • Support team success and professional development by contributing to timely and constructive performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate in multidisciplinary forums and committees to address operational challenges and drive the successful implementation of new services.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
