Harrison County Hospital is seeking to hire a Office Manager for the Specialty Practices.

The Specialty Practices Manager is responsible for the operational, financial, and administrative oversight of multiple specialty clinics, including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Dermatology, and Women's Health. This role ensures efficient daily operations, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and strong financial performance across all service lines. The manager partners with physicians, clinical staff, and executive leadership to drive growth, improve patient experience, and optimize practice performance. Ensure staff compliance with organizational policies and procedures, Address employee relations issues in collaboration with Human Resources,Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • LPN, RN or Medical Assistant (has to have a clinical and management background)
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • 2+ years of healthcare management experience, preferably in multi-specialty or specialty
  • practice settings
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, revenue cycle, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience managing multiple locations or service lines preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

SKILLS:

  • Ability to work independently and with groups.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Annual CPR recertification
  • Ability to operate office equipment: computer, printers, fax machine, copy machine, telephone
  • Ability to managing multiple locations or service lines
