What You’ll Do
- Provide full-time clinical care: clinic, surgery, deliveries at Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital (Level II NICU, ~1,600 deliveries/year)
- Lead and develop the women’s health program and strategic initiatives in Cincinnati’s east side
- Collaborate with executive leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and external partners such as University of Cincinnati MFM services
- Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers to foster excellence and teamwork
- Participate in administrative duties, strategic planning, and quality improvement efforts
- Maintain a balanced schedule with administrative leadership time and clinical responsibilities
What You Need
Required:- Ohio Medical License
- 5+ years of OB/GYN clinical experience
- Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
- Leadership or administrative experience preferred
Preferred:- Strong clinical and strategic leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
