This position is responsible for theplanning organizing management coordination and implementation of allclinical quality improvement initiatives including Maternal Levels of Care. TheDirector facilitates quality improvement teams working to improve patientsatisfaction and is responsible for assuring quality and patientsatisfactionexperience endeavors within the department align with Acclaim andJPS Health Network.The Director ofInpatient Obstetrics will also provide leadership and strategic medicaldirection for Obstetrics within the Acclaim and JPS Health Network to advanceperformance. The Director will champion provider growth and development andcontinuous improvement and will be accountable to achieve the system goals.
