Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our OB/GYN Physician, you will join an established, comprehensive practice at Flaget Memorial Hospital, growing our women's care team by providing compassionate and expert services to the community of Bardstown, Kentucky.
Every day you will manage 2.5-3 clinic days per week, located directly beside the hospital, participate in 10 monthly on-call days, and have a dedicated surgery day. You will also contribute to an anticipated 250-275 deliveries annually within our dedicated Labor and Delivery (L&D) unit, with Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) services readily available.
To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or eligible OB/GYN Physician with a passion for women's health, strong clinical and surgical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality, comprehensive care within a busy, community-focused practice.
We are offering a competitive base salary guaranteed for up to three years, a generous CME allowance, and up to $200,000 in recruiting incentives, which include a sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, a residency bonus, and relocation assistance for new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
