Job Description

Starling Physicians is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologist to join our expanding, multispecialty medical group. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values a collaborative, patient-centered, outpatient practice environment and is looking to build a long-term career within a physician-led organization.

We welcome candidates with general neurology training as well as fellowship training in Movement Disorders, Epilepsy, Neuro-Immunology/Multiple Sclerosis, Cognitive Disorders, or other neurology subspecialties. All areas of expertise will be thoughtfully considered.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with a wide range of neurological conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with primary care providers and multispecialty colleagues
  • Interpret and utilize diagnostic studies including EEG, EMG/NCS, neuroimaging, and laboratory testing
  • Perform neurologic procedures within scope of training and credentialing
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical best practices
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic medical record
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and an exceptional patient experience
  • Engage in continuing education and professional development to maintain clinical excellence
  • Participate in subspecialty program development based on training and interest

Requirements include:

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
  • Fellowship training in a neurology subspecialty welcomed but not required
  • Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure
  • Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
