Position Overview:
Providence is seeking an accomplished, visionary physician executive to serve as Executive Medical Director - Value‑Based Care for the Community Care Alliance with Providence (CCAP). This senior leadership role provides strategic, clinical and operational guidance to a growing, mission-driven network dedicated to advancing population health, strengthening provider partnerships and delivering exceptional value-based performance.
The Executive Medical Director - Value‑Based Care is a key architect of CCAP’s strategy — aligning physicians, payors and health system leaders with a shared vision for high-quality, patient-centered, cost-effective care.
This Executive position will serve as the clinical leader for the network, ensuring objectives are clearly defined, aligned with Providence’s mission and values and achieved within appropriate business, legal and regulatory frameworks. This role requires a collaborative, influential leader who thrives at the intersection of clinical excellence, network strategy and value-based care innovation.
